IMPROVING PERFORMANCE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS BY INTEGARATING RISK INTO EARNED VALUE MANAGEMENT: ALITURATURE REVIEW

The actual cost and time of the construction projects are different from planned. Cost overruns critical issues. Therefore, these highlight importance monitor control phase for project's success, So project needs to elements as time, cost, scope, in addition risks, where face more risks. Earned value management (EVM) is a technique evaluating performance, used early tracking indicate that on planned estimated or not. Risk considered part EVM process. Value Management risk (RM) two popular techniques performance. main objective this paper improve performance by integrating into Management. Achieving aim shall help managers take corrective actions. In order achieve paper, present literature review, several chosen sources published during last decade were analyzed divided five categories: EVM, RM, Integration between Risk, Contingency Reserve (CR), Schedule (SR), Software. findings identified value-added applying integration guidelines process application. it recommends perspective with use accurate software تختلف التکلفة الفعلية والوقت لمشاريع التشييد عن المخطط لها.  تجاوزالتکلفة من القضايا الحاسمة. لذلک فإن هذه التجاوزات تسلط الضوء على أهمية مرحلة المراقبة والتحکم لنجاح المشروع ، يحتاج إلى مراقبة عناصر فيها مثل الوقت والتکلفة والنطاق بالإضافة المخاطر حيث تواجه مشاريع البناء المزيد المخاطر. إدارة القيمة المکتسبة (EVM)هي تقنية لتقييم أداء تستخدم للتتبع المبکر للإشارة أن في له المقدرة أم لا. تعتبر جزءا عملية . (EVM)إدارة وإدارة (RM)هما طريقتان شائعتان تستخدمان لمراقبة فيه. الهدف الرئيسي لهذه الورقة هو تحسين خلال دمج المکتسبة. سيساعد تحقيق هذا مديري اتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية. أجل قدم مراجعة الأدبيات تم تحليل العديد مصادر المختارة المنشورة العقد الماضي وتم تقسيمها خمس فئات رئيسية: RM التکامل بين والمخاطر احتياطي طوارئ CR) )، الجدول  (SR) البرامج حددت نتائج المضافة تطبيق والمبادئ التوجيهية العملية. توصي بدمج منظور مع استخدام برامج دقيقة لتحسين مشروع البناء.
